Minister Collier's Visit
Yesterday, the Minister for Education, Hon Peter Collier officially opened the new Year 7 building at the Safety Bay High School. The school commissioned Voytek Kozlowski to create a contemporary sculpture at the new entrance to the school. The artwork was inspired by the nature of its surroundings and links to the curves within the school logo, relating to the blending of parts to make a whole and representing the diverse programs available at Safety Bay High School.

Flying High
Last month saw the completion and opening of Cockburn's new GP Superclinic. Voytek's iconic 5m tall dragonfly sculpture graces the front of the medical centre's courtyard.
